Come experience the healing sound of the gong! Brenda from Celestial Sound of Green Bay will be doing two 30-minute sessions you can experience. Mats and chairs provided or you can bring your own.

Healing Gong Session
This local artist will be leading a class on a simple, relaxing art form called Zentangle. No skill or experience required. Drop in sessions throughout the day, in the dining area.

Lori will be leading a group meditation, taking you on a journey through the Heart, to a place you can easily return to again and again. The goal of this journey is to remember Who You Are, and introduce you to a fresh perspective on all of life.

Emily is a Registered Dietician, specializing in gluten free diets. She will share how and why to eat gluten free, as well as, share some gluten free recipes for the holidays.

Amanda will be sharing some of her story of her recovery journey from a substance use disorder and how fitness played a major role in her recovery. She will give tips, motivation, and help you create your own fitness plan.

The Peshtigo River Center's Americorps members will share what Recovery Coaching is and the services they are providing to NE Wisconsin for those challenged with addictions, trauma, or mental health issues.

Jen, from the Peshtigo River Center, is an Occupational Therapist specializing in manual therapies for orthopedic and chronic pain conditions. She will be doing a demo on Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Kinesio Taping.
Taylor Ann Koon
Taylor is a Reiki Master Teacher who will explain what Reiki is and how it works. Many people feel Reiki conflicts with their core spiritual beliefs; however, Taylor will explain how it supports them. She will conclude her session with a healing circle for you to experience it first hand.
Based on Native American principles for recovery and wellness. All are welcome!
